The Stack
CBD 25mg The same hemp-derived cannabidiol in our Calm formula. In the context of sleep, many people find CBD supports the body’s ability to settle — not by inducing sedation, but by reducing the physical tension that keeps rest at bay. At 25mg, this is a working dose.
CBN 5mg Cannabinol is a minor cannabinoid found in hemp. It’s been used in sleep-specific formulas for years, and customer experience across the hemp industry consistently places CBN as a meaningful addition to a sleep stack. At 5mg — the standard sleep-formula dose — it contributes without overshooting.
Melatonin 3mg Melatonin is the body’s own sleep-timing hormone. 3mg is the evidence-supported dose for supporting the onset of sleep — studies show the common over-the-counter dose of 5-10mg is more than most people need, and lower doses often work better.† We use 3mg on purpose.

Sleep was the first formula I wanted to get right. I’ve had stretches where falling asleep wasn’t the problem — staying asleep was. I tried melatonin on its own and kept waking up at 3am anyway. Adding CBN to the stack was the shift. The chamomile is there because I wanted the whole picture, not just the cannabinoids working alone.

1. Will this knock me out? It supports sleep — it won’t sedate you the way a prescription sleep aid does. Most people describe it as making the transition to sleep feel easier, not forced.
2. Can I take it if I already take melatonin? Be mindful of total melatonin. Our gummy has 3mg per serving. If you’re already taking a melatonin supplement, adding Sleep on top could put you over 5-6mg total. That’s not dangerous, but it may cause grogginess in the morning. Adjust accordingly.
3. Why only 3mg melatonin when most products use 5-10mg? Because the research on melatonin dose suggests lower is usually sufficient for sleep onset, and higher doses tend to overshoot — leaving people groggy the next morning. 3mg is the dose the data actually supports.
4. What is CBN? Cannabinol is a naturally occurring cannabinoid in hemp, typically found in aged or oxidized cannabis. It’s non-intoxicating at the levels used in supplements. CBN is not THC — our hemp is THC-free, with total THC reading non-detect (0.0%) on every batch COA.
5. Can I take this every night? Yes — daily use is appropriate for this formula. Melatonin is generally considered safe for regular use at low doses; the research on long-term dependency at 3mg is reassuring. That said, supplements are not a substitute for addressing underlying sleep issues — if poor sleep is persistent, consult a physician.
6. Can I take Sleep and Calm on the same day? Yes. Many customers take Calm during the day and Sleep at night. They don’t share the same active ingredients except CBD, and the combined CBD (50mg over a full day) is within a range most adults tolerate well.
7. Will it affect my dreams? Some people report more vivid dreaming with melatonin or CBN. It’s not universal. If it bothers you, try cutting to half a gummy first.
