1. Will this make me drowsy? It shouldn’t. Calm is a daytime formula. L-Theanine promotes alert relaxation — you stay functional and focused. If you find yourself tired, try taking half a gummy first or shifting the timing to see what works for you.
2. How long until I feel it? Most people notice something in 30-60 minutes. Ashwagandha’s adaptogenic effects build with consistent use over 4-8 weeks, so the first gummy and the thirtieth gummy won’t feel identical.
3. Can I take Calm with coffee? Yes. L-Theanine is the amino acid that already makes tea feel different from coffee — it pairs naturally with caffeine. Many people take Calm with their second cup of the day.
4. Is this the same as CBD oil I’ve tried before? The CBD dose (25mg per serving) is in the same range as many tinctures. The difference is the stack — L-Theanine and Ashwagandha are doing work here too, not just the CBD.
5. Can I take two gummies? Start with one. If one doesn’t feel like enough after a week of consistent use, two is reasonable. We’d recommend staying with the same SKU before mixing in other moodebles.
6. What if I’m on medication? Consult your physician before adding any new supplement, including CBD. This is especially true if you take medication that the liver metabolizes via the CYP450 enzyme pathway. We’re not your doctor.
