Compliance and Legality
1. Is moodebles legal? Yes — and we clear a stricter bar than federal law requires. moodebles is THC-free: every batch tests non-detect for delta-9, delta-8, THCa, and total THC (0.0% post-decarboxylation). The federal threshold under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 and the Hemp Industry Compliance Act of 2026 (H.R. 5371) is 0.3%. We come in at 0.0%. Every batch is third-party lab tested and the COAs are public.
2. What is H.R. 5371 and why does it matter? H.R. 5371 — the Hemp Industry Compliance Act — went into effect November 12, 2026. It closed the legal gray zone that had allowed intoxicating hemp derivatives like Delta-8 THC, THCa, HHC, and synthetic cannabinoids to be sold as hemp products. moodebles never used those compounds. Our formulas use CBD, CBN, and well-documented botanical actives — all compliant before and after November 12.
3. Does moodebles ship to all states? Yes — moodebles ships to all 50 US states. Because our products are THC-free (0.0% total THC, non-detect on every batch COA), we clear the bar in every state in the country — including Idaho and Kansas, which require 0.0% THC at retail. Some states have additional permit or labeling requirements; we handle those at checkout. Our Shipping page has the current list.
4. Will this show up on a drug test? moodebles is THC-free — 0.0% total THC, lab-verified non-detect on every batch COA. That dramatically lowers the risk vs. a standard hemp-derived CBD product, but no supplement company can guarantee a drug-test outcome. Some assays target the broader cannabinoid family or have detection thresholds we can’t speak to. If you are subject to drug testing, consult your employer or testing provider before ordering, and bring the COA for your lot.
5. Do I need a prescription or medical card? No. moodebles products are dietary supplements, not prescription medications and not medical cannabis. No prescription or medical card is required. If you are managing a medical condition or taking prescription medication, consult your physician before adding any supplement.
Dosing
6. How many gummies should I take? Start with one. One gummy is a full serving for all three SKUs. Most people find one is sufficient — the actives are dosed to be functional at a single-gummy serving. If you decide to increase after a week of consistent use, two is reasonable for Calm or Sleep. For Bright, stick with one due to the saffron dose.
7. When should I take each moodeble? Bright is a morning formula — take it with or after breakfast. Calm is a midday or early-afternoon formula — take it before the high-demand part of your day. Sleep is an evening formula — take it 30-45 minutes before bed. Each SKU is formulated for a specific moment in the day.
8. How long does it take to feel a difference? CBD and some actives (especially Melatonin for sleep) are noticeable within 30-60 minutes of the first dose. Ashwagandha, Saffron, and Rhodiola are adaptogens and botanical actives that build with consistent daily use — expect 3-4 weeks for the clearest effect. The first gummy and the thirtieth are not the same experience.
9. Can I take more than one SKU in a day? Yes. Bright in the morning and Calm in the afternoon is a natural daily stack — the formulas are designed for different parts of the day. Calm and Sleep on the same day is also fine. The SKUs share CBD as a common ingredient but use different supporting actives. The combined CBD across two SKUs in a day is modest. Use common sense — don’t stack Sleep and Calm on the same afternoon.
10. What if I miss a day? Nothing happens. Just pick back up the next day. The adaptogens and botanicals in these formulas are not habit-forming, and there is no withdrawal effect from stopping moodebles. Consistency over time is what drives the effect, not perfection.
Shipping and Returns
11. How long does shipping take? We fulfill orders within 2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives in 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
12. Is shipping free? Yes, for orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout. The Trio ($108) and any order with two or more single SKUs ($84) qualify for free shipping automatically.
13. Do you ship internationally? Not at launch. We ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap for 2027.
14. What is your return policy? We stand behind our product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice. Because these are food-grade products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. Unopened, sealed jars can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Subscriptions
15. How does subscribe and save work? Choose “subscribe and save” on any product page to get 20% off every order on your chosen schedule (monthly by default). Your card is charged automatically before each shipment. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account page — no penalty, no runaround.
16. Can I skip a month? Yes. Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and click “Skip next shipment.” The skip must be done at least 3 days before your next processing date. We’ll send a reminder email 5 days before each renewal.
17. Can I change which SKU I receive? Yes. Log in, go to Subscriptions, and swap the SKU. Changes take effect on the next shipment as long as they’re made 3 days before the processing date.
18. What if I want to cancel? Log in, go to Subscriptions, click “Cancel.” No phone call required. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel after your order has been processed for the current period, you’ll receive that shipment — cancellation applies to future orders only.
Product and Ingredients
19. What type of CBD is in moodebles? We use hemp-derived CBD from domestically grown hemp, processed to be THC-free. The COA for each batch shows non-detect for delta-9, delta-8, THCa, and total THC alongside the labeled CBD (and CBN, where applicable) content. Other naturally occurring minor cannabinoids may appear on the panel; the THC fractions do not.
20. Are the gummies vegan? Yes. We use pectin (plant-based) instead of gelatin. All other ingredients are plant-derived. moodebles gummies contain no animal-derived ingredients.
21. Do the gummies contain any allergens? They do not contain gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, or shellfish. They are produced in a facility that also processes hemp. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm current production conditions.
22. What is KSM-66 Ashwagandha? KSM-66 is Ixoreal Biomed’s certified ashwagandha root extract — the form used in the majority of peer-reviewed ashwagandha clinical studies. We use the branded form because the dose is consistent and the research applies directly. Generic ashwagandha extract and KSM-66 are not interchangeable.
23. What is affron® saffron? affron® is Pharmactive Biotech’s clinically-standardized saffron extract, standardized to lepticrosalide content. There are more than five randomized controlled trials on affron® supporting its role in mood. We use the branded extract in Bright at the 28mg dose used in the trials — not generic saffron powder.
24. How do I read the COA? Each COA shows the batch lot number, the potency panel (CBD mg/g, CBN mg/g, total THC percentage), and any contaminant panel results. The most important number for legal compliance is Total THC post-decarboxylation. The federal limit is 0.3%; our COAs read non-detect (0.0%) every batch.
