By using moodebles.com or buying from moodebles, you agree to these terms. moodebles is a brand of Steve's Goods, Inc., a Kentucky corporation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from moodebles. By placing an order you confirm you are 21+ and that you meet any age requirement in your shipping state. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.

Products

moodebles products are hemp-derived dietary supplements made with CBD, CBN, and non-cannabinoid actives. They are THC-free — every batch is lab-tested by an independent third-party lab and the COA shows 0.0% total THC, including the post-decarboxylation calculation required under H.R. 5371. Batch COAs are published at /coa/.

moodebles is hemp-derived and legal under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 and H.R. 5371 (the Hemp Industry Compliance Act of 2026). State rules vary — see the Shipping section below.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. moodebles products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.

Shipping

We ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD products are legally permitted. State-specific restrictions are surfaced at checkout. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from Louisville, Kentucky. We do not ship to dispensaries, and we do not ship internationally.

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus return shipping. Opened bottles are not returnable (food-grade ingestible rule). Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost — email moodebles@stevesgoods.com with a photo and order number.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save subscriptions ship on the cadence you select (typically every 30 days). You can skip, pause, change cadence, or cancel any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately for the next unshipped order.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applied per state and local rules.

Intellectual property

The moodebles name, logo, packaging design, and site content are owned by Steve's Goods, Inc. Don't reproduce them without written permission. Customer reviews you submit may be republished on moodebles marketing channels with attribution to first name and last initial.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, moodebles and Steve's Goods, Inc. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use beyond the purchase price of the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

Changes

If we change these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with them. Continued use of moodebles.com after a change means you accept the new terms.
