moodebles is operated by Steve's Goods, Inc. (Louisville, Kentucky). This policy explains what data moodebles.com collects, why, and how we handle it. Questions: moodebles@stevesgoods.com.

What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items ordered, payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor — we never see or store them.
  • Account data: email, hashed password, order history, subscription preferences.
  • Affiliate & referral data: if you arrived from an affiliate or referral link, we record the click attribution so the partner can be credited.
  • Site behavior: pages visited, clicks, abandoned-cart events, and analytics events (GA4, Uxify). Cookies set by BigCommerce (cart state) and Makeswift (page composition) are used for site functionality.

Why we collect it

  • To fulfill orders and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional email (order confirmation, shipping updates) and — only with consent — marketing email. You can unsubscribe any time from any marketing message.
  • To improve the site (analytics, page-load diagnostics).
  • To comply with state-by-state hemp shipping rules.

Who we share with

  • Payment processor (BigCommerce Payments / card networks) — for transaction authorization.
  • Shipping carrier (primarily USPS) — for label generation and delivery.
  • Email platform (Brevo) — for transactional and (consented) marketing email.
  • Affiliate network (Awin) — for click attribution and partner payouts. Awin receives the affiliate click ID and order value, not your name or address.
  • Site platform (BigCommerce storefront, Makeswift page composition) — for site functionality and cart state.
  • Analytics (Google GA4, Uxify real-user performance) — for site improvement.

We do not sell customer data. Ever.

Cookies

Cookies set on moodebles.com fall into three buckets: functional (cart state, login session, set by BigCommerce and Makeswift), analytics (GA4, Uxify), and marketing attribution (Awin affiliate click ID). You can disable cookies in your browser; functional cookies are required for checkout to work.

Data retention

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and hemp-shipping recordkeeping obligations. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default (GA4: 14 months by default).

Your rights

You can request data access, correction, or deletion at any time. Email moodebles@stevesgoods.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. Order records subject to legal-retention obligations cannot be deleted before that retention period expires; we will tell you which records those are.

Children

moodebles.com is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced by email to customers on file.
