Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Fulfillment time: 2 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM ET are typically fulfilled the same or next business day. Orders placed Friday after 2 PM or on weekends ship on Monday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.

Standard carrier: USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Transit times are estimates and may vary during peak shipping periods.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout. USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) options appear at checkout when available for your delivery address.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited orders. Standard USPS Ground Advantage ships to PO Boxes without issue.

International shipping: Not available at launch. We plan to open international shipping in 2027.

State restrictions

We ship moodebles to all 50 US states. Because every batch is THC-free — 0.0% total THC, lab-verified non-detect — we clear the bar in every state in the country, including Idaho and Kansas, which require 0.0% THC at retail. moodebles is federally compliant under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 and the Hemp Industry Compliance Act of 2026 (H.R. 5371) and meets the stricter state-level zero-detect rules.

If your state imposes additional permit or labeling requirements at checkout, we handle that automatically. Contact us if you have a question about your state — we’d rather answer before you order than after.

Returns

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your moodebles purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll make it right. You choose: full refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Food-grade return limitation. Because moodebles gummies are a food-grade consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. If your jar has been opened, we handle unsatisfied customers through refund or replacement — not physical return.

Unopened, factory-sealed jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping if your order did not qualify for free shipping). Customer is responsible for return shipping on unopened-jar returns.

How to File a Claim

Email steve@moodebles.com with your order number, the product you received, and what went wrong.
If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, include a photo.
We respond within 1 business day. Refunds process in 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

We do not require you to ship anything back before we issue a refund on a damaged or incorrect order.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same shipping and return policy. To skip, pause, or cancel a subscription before a scheduled shipment, make the change at least 3 days before your next processing date in your account dashboard. Subscription orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled for that cycle.
